About Ahjin Hunting

What We Do

I offer my services as a Hunter, meaning I'll take down hunt marks, gather supplies from dangerous areas, or provide protection services for you. The pricing depends on how dangerous the job is, and you're required to provide full disclosure about relevant information, such as if the materials being requested need to be handled in a particular way, have side effects, or are guarded by monsters.

For protective services I'll either personally attend to your escort myself, or send along one of my shadows, depending on the danger level of the task. You can hire me for expeditions, quests, or simple exploration. The quest reward is yours to keep. Anything else is negotiable.

ALL services require at least a 24-hour prior notice. This is to ensure that we have ample time to do our research and for your safety. Hunting marks

You'll need to specify whether you want the marks in question captured dead or alive, and any other conditions such as if certain levels of damage should be avoided (if you're using them for materials). You're advised to have the appropriate accomodations or restraints prepared in advance. I will not provide those.

Note: I will not hunt endangered creatures or creatures ranked 10, nor can these be captured.

Rank 1-4: Standard

Standard marks are any animals or monsters that fall within the 1-4 star ranking.

Rank 5-6: Advanced

Advanced marks are considered more challenging than standard and will have a higher price, as such. The price is subject to increase depending on the difficulty in reaching these marks.

Rank 7-9: Elite

Elite marks will require a down payment of half the total agreed upon fee at the time the comission is placed, with the other half to be paid upon receipt of the mark or goods.

Protective Escort

Ensuring a safe expedition

If you're interested in taking on a quest but find that the monsters or creatures in the area are too dangerous for you to handle on your own, or if you simply want an added piece of mind for an expedition I offer both escort and protection services. I'll deal with any dangers along the way so that you can focus on the reason you're there.

I'll pay for my own supplies and arrange for my own food and shelter. You won't have to worry about additional expenses beyond the fee. The fee is to be paid half up front and half upon either your safe return to our starting point or to the agreed end destination, if you intend to stay.

You'll need to agree that in the event that I have to leave to handle a personal emergency you will be entrusted to my senior shadows, Beru or Igris. They are more than capable of keeping you safe in my absence. Half of the fee will be waived in this event.

Unless otherwise specified or previously discussed the supplies and materials from any kills I make while undertaking this service are mine to do with as I please.
